Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for all freight charges. With that in mind, Trailtopos.com works hard to find the most economical way of shipping product and keeping freight charges down. Therefore, customers will have their choice of several shipping options.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If an order is placed after 12:00pm on Friday or during the weekend, the order will ship the following Monday. If an item is backordered, the customer will be notified via email and the product will ship out as soon as it becomes available.

Note: If shipping via UPS, a tracking number is sent to the customer and the product is insured against loss. If shipping via the United States Postal Service, although potentially less expensive, no such service is provided. In addition, UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Please choose the United States Post Office if you wish to have your package shipped to a PO box.

Trailtopos.com currently does not ship outside the United States.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If an item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund under the following provisions:

* Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
* Item must include a copy of the original itemized sales receipt (not a credit card receipt)
* Item must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as it was sent
* Item must include all original tags, packaging, and instructions
* Items that are special-ordered and not routinely maintained in our inventory may incur up to a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping costs and fees levied by the manufacturer
* The customer is responsible for properly packing the item and paying all return shipping costs

All purchases of discounted sale or closeout merchandise are final. We do not accept returns on discounted sale or closeout merchandise. An exception may be made for product defects, with the item returned for exchange or credit only, at the discretion of Trailtopos.com.
